A lot of the regular weber attachments for the 18" kettles fit this as well. Really like how the lid bale doubles as a way to keep the lid locked on for transporting.
Snake smoke method works well. Weber baskets just fit with just enough room to get the grate back on. I recommend buying the flip up weber grate to make adding more coal easier.
I've smoked full racks of ribs (though cutting them in half makes it easier), pork shoulder, wings, spatchcock chicken. Great for searing since the space between the cooking and charcoal grates isn't huge.
Buy one and buy one for a friend or family member. Great gift for someone who likes cooking outdoors.
