  I bought this game for my 3 kids (3, 6, 8) and it arrived today. I excitedly opened it up and was immediately disappointed. The "ailments" have absolutely nothing to do with human anatomy - a paint can, frog, smiley face, puppy, etc - and the whole reason I got the game is because of the anatomy aspect. Just like the original always was. Additionally, for some reason three of the so-called ailments are a a green flexible silicone type material, and the rest are all hard white plastic. They were also no cards, which were advertised as being included. I just went back and looked at the photos and see that some listing photos show the proper anatomy parts being included, and some do not, and it does state that cards come with the game.
  
  My kids are disappointed because they don't understand why you would take a puppy out of a body, for just one example, and so I might be returning it. I'm very disappointed that another classic game has been ruined.
  
  I'm giving this two stars because of the sound of the buzzer and quality of the tweezers.
