After all that then I find out that the printer doesn't recognize Windows 10 or 11, something that should be posted on 鶹 before a purchase. When I contacted Epson about the issues all I received was an email asking me to be sure it was plugged into power and to be sure it is connected to my computer. The whole issue was that it won't connect as a wireless unit because Windows 10 and 11, both platforms I have, will not recognize it!
