- Reviewed in Canada on March 20, 2024UPDATE : ISSUE RESOLVED - I have contacted the manufacturer, they looked into the issue after sending pics of the faulty item and they were more than willing to replace the defective item with a new one, sent back the defective one and they have mailed me a replacement. They DO take seriously their WARRANTY. Thanks Quad Lock!

Installed as instructed , within a week the adhesive failed when I tried to remove it from the mount in the car. Imagine this happening while on the motorcycle with a verry expensive phone. I had another one in the past that was awesome but this one failed in less than a week
