  Bought to keep bacon spattering away from the wall. It does work for that, but the overall splatter guard is a little flimsy and difficult to keep standing/balanced. Also, we purchased it to go behind a separate induction burner and there is no room for the cord from the burner to run through the splatter guard, so that makes it even more flimsy. We've done our own "work around" but not greatly impressed with this item.
