- Reviewed in Canada on February 3, 2017So far I am blown away by how much sound this little amplifier puts out, especially for the price. I don鈥檛 consider myself an audiophile, but to my amateur ears the highs sound very crisp and the lows are top shelf. I am not expecting the moon here but as far as I am concerned this is an excellent unit to drive a couple quality 4 ohm satellite speakers at a computer desk. Below are the specs of speakers I am driving with the unit.
Driving:
2 Canton Plus-S 40 watt, 4 ohm passive satellites
1 Canton Plus-C 12鈥 70 watt passive subwoofer.
Pros:
鈽 Great punch, both the treble and the bass sound great
鈽 Aesthetics
鈽 Compact
鈽 The blue light is a nice touch (A little brighter than it needs to be however)
鈽 Price (at the time I purchased)
Cons:
None that I have noticed so far.
Overall: There is great value to be had here for such a handy little amplifier. Makes a great driver for a set of speakers at a computer station.
