  I have used this 3 times now to cut up about 3 pork loins worth of meat and so far it does a good job! Clean up is good I rinse it out well and throw it in the dishwasher! LOVE ME SOME STAINLESS STEAL! My only real complaint so far is that as its grinding it kind of spits (sorry) meat juice and fragments so you have to hold your hand near the out put area so this stuff does not get all over you kitchen. ITs not a lot just little mists as its grinding. Could use a silicone cuff that you could place over it.
