It has 2 settings for grinding size. I just left it as is. It gives you a nice arm work out that鈥檚 forsure. But for how inexpensive this is, it鈥檚 pretty amazing and gets the job done. Doesn鈥檛 take up much room. I鈥檓 sure you could slide it in a shoe for travel !
