  This product is great. It came with 3 different washable pads. The steam mop takes about a minute to heat up once plugged in and has two steam settings. There is also an area to put in a scent disc. I live in a home with my fiance and we are very clean people, it shocks me how much filth this thing picks up. I never use any chemicals anymore only water. This product is great and I would reccomend it to others.
