  I love this suppliment, I do think it has helped with my nails and hair. BUT on occasion I'll be sent a bottle where the gummies are all dry and stuck together in one big clump I can't get apart unless I dig at it with a spoon. I don't know why it's only every second or third bottle I get. And I'm not sure if they are ok to take after that but the seal isn't broken.
