  I was wary of purchasing this product after seeing reviews of it being opened. My purchase appeared to be fully sealed and not tampered with. The saline vial opening is small enough to fit in tiny nostrils. I do wish the vials came with less liquid as it has more than enough for one application. The suction works well - just be sure not to suck too hard or it can go through the filter. Straightforward to use and easy to clean.
