Included images are the microphone, the speaker I was using to test it on, and an image of the receiver. First off let me start with I don't know why there are reviews that are saying the microphone is poor quality and that the volume is very low and all those kinds of complaints. They either A) were unaware of how to increase the volume of the microphone or B) using a speaker that was incompatible, maybe old and worn out. With that said I do understand why people were complaining about the instructions being very brief and why people had a hard time configuring the microphone for the first time. BUT even then, there are only 4 buttons in total on the microphone it self and one switch on the receiver, so even with the poorly translated instructions and the odd wording of things, they still make sense completely on how to configure the microphone and connect it with the receiver. Sure there could be a little bit more detail in there but none the less the bottom line is you plug your receiver in first, turn it on, THEN TURN ON THE MIC holding the power button AND the button ABOVE the volume buttons at the same time, then you see the ------- and when it disappears it's connected. Now if you were going to try and pair it with 2 microphones, that might be a little bit more difficult to figure out and I can see why people would struggle doing that but I only had the one mic to setup and at first I was saying why isn't this working it's a piece of and low and behold it was the speaker/amp that needed to be adjusted even tho I had before I had the volume up, the gain up, the bass up, the treble up, all that. I didn't let it charge up for too long before but charging it up then trying again everything worked fine. It was annoying not knowing if it's the speaker or the mic that was not working tho, there is little to no information given back to you which can be frustrating but the microphone is of way better quality that I expected from it, it sounds freaking great, I had to turn the volume on the mic down to one because it was way too loud for this one little speaker that I was using and I didn't even have the volume up halfway on the speaker and another really nice thing that I was shocked at was the fact that it came with the adapter to go from 6.5mm to 3.5mm jacks. I actually ordered one which is arriving today that I tried to cancel because one was actually included with the microphone which if I remember correctly, it did not mention that the adapter was included, so that was a very nice surprise, I will probably keep adapter as it arrives today and it was like $8(CAN) but still they included one with the mic, it is not as high quality as the $8 one but the $8 one isn't as good as the $20 one now so whatever. The packaging was really nice, included a nice little thank you card in there, multiple pieces of foam protectant, items were individually bagged and snug in the foam cut out areas inside the box, which came shipped in a slightly bigger box. I am really pleased with this microphone. SO FAR! It was only used yesterday for a few minutes after setting it up. Now how long this thing is built to last, is definitely to be determined but when not in use it will be stored properly and when setting it down if you use the included blue holder (which I wish there was a way to put that microphone stand/non rolling plastic thing up higher on the microphone. If it could sit just under the mic itself it would be very nice but unfortunately this does only go up as far as about the power button and then you can't go any further up the mic with it because it won't go over the power button. The annoying thint with this is it causes you to have to lean the mic on an angle resting it on the mouthpiece itself, I wish the stand would be able to keep the mouth piece from having to touch the surface that it is being placed down on, granted there is a nice piece of metal that splits the mouthpiece so when you set the mic down on the table that the mic screen isn't actually hitting the table, but it still has to lean on or towards the mic/screen and it would great if it could be supported where it would be able to be lifted off of the surface that it is being sat down on. If that makes sense I don't know how else to describe it, you either know exactly what I'm talking about or you'll figure it out. For me, it's not a deal breaker and I'm still very happy. That's all I have to say, hope you enjoyed the ramble, I tried to give as much detail as possible being completely honest and if it breaks tomorrow I will be on here writing an update on if all a sudden the buttons stop working or something like that. If it breaks and I am at fault I will still include the details of what happened and if it broke due to user error/fault. As of now it's in great shape and working beautiful.
UPDATE: So everything was working perfectly fine, received item on July 7th 2024 and have used it a few times (4 total times for no longer than 10 minutes at a time). Everything was working perfectly fine until today which is July 17th 2024. I went to get the receiver and plug it into the speaker and I turn the power on the receiver and no light turns on. I think that's weird maybe I left the power on last time I used it. I was 99% sure that wasn't the case because I remember unplugging it from the speaker last time I used it and putting it on the charger for about 40 minutes until it was fully charged and then unplugging the charger and placing it down on-top of the speaker and that is where it say for the last 3 days. So after realizing it's not working I plug into to the charger and the light turns red, I then put it into the speaker and turn it on and the light turns blue, I turn the mic on and all I hear is white noise, I pull the charger from the receiver and the white noise goes away, I then think maybe it's the battery, so I pull the battery that is saying full from the microphone and put it into the receiver and the other one into the mic and the battery reads full, I try to turn on the receiver and nothing. No lights, I plug in the receiver to the charger, try to turn it on, nothing. I pull the battery, keep the charger plugged in and try it again and only get the white noise. Contacting customer support/seller today and will update on how things are handled when I hear back from them.
