  The controller arrived in a timely manner and the packaging wasn't damaged, however, the controller has a few problems. The mapping for the back buttons is messed up, the B and Y button get mapped backwards, as in B is Y and Y is B on the back paddles from what I have setup in the app. Also the trigger toggle for the right trigger just disables the trigger completely unless I press it down with quite a lot more force than thr left trigger. This seems like a great controller other than the obvious and horrendous problems. I did try to same $100 and i bought a used one, it didn't look used on arrival, there's no scuffs or scratches on it, and it did come with all the parts. Why wasn't this thoroughly tested though before getting shipped out again, the original packaging was open, so it was an open box, and I assume it was returned for the same issues I'm having with it. I'll be contacting customer support in the morning and will update my review once I have a resolution.
