  I bought this for the size. I wanted a large flat top to cook on
  I’ve used it a few times and it seems to work well.
  
  It would be better if the temperature would go up a little hotter. It struggles to maintain 400 when it’s loaded with food
  
  The tilt and drain design is nice. But it isn’t a very good design. It seems to tilt on its own. The drainage works but the brackets have no grip
  
  I probably would recommend
