  Im not impressed with this product. It is such a huge dose that on day three I have a headache, nausea and terrible lightheadedness, I had wrongfully assumed that by following the dosage instructions that I wouldn't not be led astray, upon further researching I found out that this dose is MASSIVE and almost 7X what is recommended for daily usage. I will be discontinuing use and looking for this in a much much smaller dosage around 600 mg because I am feeling very very sick and under the weather presently. I think Webber should disclose on their packaging that this is extra strength or something and then it would have flagged for me not to try it as this is the first time of me trying Ashwaghanda.
