  Really enjoying this machine! Love the level of control and the features - just the right balance. Grind, tamp. Switch. Pull the shot. Perfect if you want to create your own little coffee ritual.
  
  Amazing espressos, americanos and coffees - haven’t tried the cold brews - just yet. Beautiful crema on your shot. Can adjust for different beans - guide will keep you on track. Milk steamer works great for cappuccino’s (and a nice foamy milk for hot chocolate for the kids). It has a decent range of motion and is insulated.
  
  A little intimidating when you first unbox - but was an easy setup. YouTube videos from deLonghi were very helpful. Pay attention to the instructions on the water hardness test. The filter’s pop out with just your nail - but doesn’t feel like it will the first time.
  
  Recommend getting the knock box for the full experience.
