  I’ve been using wool balls I was gifted about 6 years back. They had been bought at a wool farm and did a great job, but they were shrinking and becoming less effective with time. I bought these to continue using in the dryer, but was disappointed that they were the same small size as the worn out ones I was trying to replace.
  
  The quality is alright and they didn’t come in plastic which I appreciate. They didn’t shed on the laundry and seem to be okay in density, but still seem to be on the softer side.
  
  I didn’t give 5 stars because they cost more than others I’ve seen, but didn’t offer any more than the cheaper ones. I’m keeping this set, but can’t recommend it over the cheaper ones from other vendors since there doesn’t seem to be any added value for the extra dollar spent.
