  I picked this lamp because it looks cool, I will not lie. And it does look cool. It is smaller than I expected but still looks great. Touching the rim turns it on and off and adjusts the brightness level, of which it has three. If you leave it on for a few minutes then touch it again it will turn off instead of adjusting brightness. The time display has three brightness levels also. It is super easy to use with clear easy to follow instructions.
