  Revised my review from the original one above. In fact this tool is quite good. I was using it incorrectly by attempting to get both the 2 end crossbars(?) down thru the grill. You're supposed to only put the end crossbar thru, which is quite easy, and the 2nd crossbar sits above the grill. This way it acts as a lever to easily lift the grill.
  Would of been perhaps helpful if Napoleon supplied a sketch or photo of the correct method.
