Unfortunately poorly designed.
The pliers have too much axial tolerance and will not cut even a simple solid copper wire.
The carrying pouch belt loop is too low and permits the weight of the tool to rotate it, sticking out sideways as you walk and allowing the tool to fall from the pouch if the flap opens.
The flap is secured by a snap fastener which may not close securely (and allow the flap to open).
