  Well packed in bubble wrap. Had trouble with manual as parts besides barcodes had no labels saying what part it is. I'm no mechanic but dove into it. Careful handling parts as some parts had small burrs I had to smooth down. Also there was a metal shaving about 7" long. They will cut you.
  Then the manual and unclear directions made me decide to call someone cause at 72 years I can't stay up long. He said $85 an hr. So next day got up with new vigor and after trial and error I do believe I got it. I've sat in it and now ready for Logitech gear and monitor.
  Gota say it's pretty sturdy, easy on the eyes and I felt good. Easy to adjust seating and other parts to suit you unless going from GT to Formula. So much you can do to make this cage yours. Most scratches were my doing but I have black matte paint.
  A little care from packagers, and a more clear manual for us non mechanical people would give 5 stars easily.
  Well worth the price and effort and don't I don't have buyers remorse. Hope Customer service is as good as the product, as I'm looking to custom more it for me. Thanks Next-generation.
