  No pain, just relief
  I am on medication that makes an existing problem even more problematic AND THIS WORKS! i am actually surprised as it is a natural product
  
  unlike ducolax that cramps and hurts and eventually works
  
  If needed - this is a MUST BUY
  make sure this is not taken with medication - or out it goes - and take the minimum (ALWAYS) to start - eg - 2 tablets if you are an adult - the to 4 pills was not needed
