  I am very pleased with the storage seat. I've only just bought it; so I can't attest to its durability over time, but it certainly seems to be sturdy and I have no reason to doubt. Putting it together required no tools and was easy, although I did have a perplexing few moments when it came to attaching the floor/bottom of the storage box. Note that it has to be dropped down into the box from the top.
  UPDATE: It's now almost 3 years later (Aug 2023) & I'm still very pleased with the storage seat. It has even survived one Ontario winter outside under a tarp and is as good as ever.
