- Reviewed in Canada on September 13, 2024I wrote a review for the previous lens screen protector that I had ordered in error, and was too small. Sadly, while I had to apply those manually to make due, one of those protectors wasn't properly aligned in the in the easy fit mounts, so had I the smaller phone, the hole that goes over the little built in camera microphone, used to power some of it's subject matter tracking tech to quickly adjust the focus, would not have been on point.
Thankfully that was not the case with this product. I simply poped off the old lens protector that was too small with the removal tool, and followed the instructions to apply the new lens protector, which I am happy to say is perfectly aligned.
As an added bonus, applying the lens protector completely eliminates the appearance of any surface level scratches. It's also much easier to clean, and made of much tougher stuff than what they used for the pixel 9 pro XL's screen and built in lens protector, making this a must have purchase for me, even with my misgivings about a slightly faulty product I had initially received. I would like to note that I did not ask for a replacement, this product is relatively cheap, I just purchased the correct size and waited for it to come in. My bad there.
