  If you are a Celiac or you eat gluten free you know the pain of having to toast your bread because otherwise it is inedible. I have gone through many toasters that just were not up to gf bread.
  Imagine my surprise when this one turned out perfectly toasted bread, evenly brown on both sides. Then is toasted a perfect frozen englis muffin.
  
  I am thrilled with this toaster. Try it.
