  I use this with some ebl batteries and the refresh rate is very fast. Not as fast as the 4 battery version though. This is a good all around flash. I have the bigger 4 battery version if I need more power but for most in door this is enough and is so much smaller. Ttl doesn't get it right every time but does a good job. This is a handy flash
