  I unpacked it easily looked through the manual a bit and found it was easy to use I've not used all the features yet and it'll take a lil time to find just the right settings to get my toast just how I like it etc. I've done several things I usually use it for and have had good results it cooks some things faster than my old one. One thin g though the Vesync app for it is practically useless I cooked something in the oven and a few hrs later I got 2 msgs 1 saying oven is preheated the other saying the food is ready. I was like umm yeah I ate it hrs ago LOL
