Unfortunately, it has a tear in the hose after only 3 months of use - Purchased in September but we only started using it in December. For this I鈥檓 rating it 3 stars.
I've engaged customer service and am awaiting a response - will update this post once I hear back from them on a way forward for repair/replacement, and, if they have made any steps to improve what appears to be a design fault in the power head.
Update April 2025: I received a replacement power head within the two weeks they stated, and all seems well for now. The process was super easy for a warranty claim with no questions asked. That was certainly worth another star. If I can get a couple years out of this head, instead of 3 months, then I would consider upgrading to 5 stars as this is a good vacuum.
