  Ok, I love the ease of this product. I'm over taking a ton of capsules every day.
  The taste is ummmm...kinda nope, but i can definitely get it down, then follow with a big water chaser. Still better than capsules in my opinion.
  I'm impressed with the amount of magnesium this provides in one simple tablespoon.
  I definitely found my go to for magnesium supplements. Price is great as well.
