  Gave me a horrible UTI. I never get UTIs and this was the only new thing I started. After 2 says, I started to feel a stabbing pain in my bladder area and it resulted in a horrible UTI. I had to get antibiotics to clear it. Do not recommend at all. I should've read the reviews prior because alot of women have experienced the same thing
