  I was so disappointed to receive this product firstly, which looked like a previously opened box, after set up, the water pump did not work. I emailed Koolscapes for assistance, I received a response asking if I put the solar panel in the sun. I stated it was in the sun for a whole day. I have since emailed back twice with no response. I have called 3 times, to be directed to a line where no one answers, just on hold +++. I was so looking forward to having this set up and running. I do not recommend buying this product. I am left now to no choice but to return it to �鶹��
