  This water pump is easy to assemble.; the pump however gets dirty fast and has to be cleaned out once or sometimes even twice a week. The 3 different heads to it add variety and I can have a different look to it every so often and they are easy to put on. The pump makes my pond look very pretty at night with its light up feature but it also looks quite nice during the day since my pond is located near to shade. I have placed this water pump in my small pond; my pond was a bit deeper than I thought it was but I put the pump on a flat stone brick I had lying around (I just placed the brick in the water on the pond bottom) and it brought it up enough so that it works great and still enables the pump to be fully emersed and the extension helps as well. It is a very quiet pump when going; the only sound is the peaceful splashing water.
