Everyone always recommends lanolin cream when you're breastfeeding, right? But you're using it constantly because as soon as you don't, you get dry and cracked and it's super painful. So you spend a fortune on lanolin cream thinking it's the best thing because everyone swears by it (lactation consultants, doctors, nurses, other moms...)
Enter this cream. It took 2-3 weeks of using it for things to heal properly. Now I don't need to use it after every feed, and things are way better. Don't give up if you don't notice a difference immediately. It's way better than lanolin.

    Edit:
I recently got a burn on my hand while cooking. Tried a triple antibiotic cream which gave temporary relief, but it hurt again within 5-10 minutes. After a couple of applications of that and it wearing off, I figured why not try this cream, since it was the only thing I had to hand.
Initially it burned a bit, which I suspect was the cream drawing out the burn. Within a couple of minutes the pain had drastically reduced, and after a second application the pain was almost completely gone, and hasn't returned. Definitely worth keeping on hand for first aid even after breastfeeding is over!

    Update:
I have always bought this from 鶹 until recently, and figured it was meant to have that slightly gritty feel to it. It never bothered me because this product works. Recently I found it cheaper elsewhere (well Canada website) and OH MY GOODNESS!! It's smooth and creamy and feels SO much nicer! No idea how amazon stores it, but clearly there's something in the way they do that changes the texture.
Gritty or creamy, it still works. But if texture is a thing for you it's worth noting.
