Good idea. Bad execution. Suction cup sucks in a bad way

This was good only for one use. Second time it fell off immediately (the same day). I tried several things and nothing made the suction cup stay put in my window. I am thankful that my camera didn’t get damaged. I really wanted this to work. I’m surprised it has so many good reviews. Now I don’t know which one is my second option.
