  The only charcoal you will ever need....unless of course, you decide to get a bigger version of this! Been cooking everything on this! Smoking Briskets for 10 hours, Cooking Pizzas, Steaks, Chickens, Smoked Mac and Cheese....everything. This baby holds heat and is very easy to use. When you are assembling the grill - read the instructions carefully! I was confused at a couple points and almost damaged my grill.
