  I've had them for just a couple years, very lightly / gently used. Batteries stopped charging and won't work anymore. For the price this is completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, they are total garbage.
  
  Update, I was lucky to be able to replace them just before the warranty expired... new pair is TOTAL garbage. They started with a reasonable range and now I can't even stand up without it losing reception, they won't work when more than 2 ft away from the receiver. They're also terrible in reliability, sometimes they just don't work for no apparent reason.
