Customer Review

I bought it for work, to replace another above-average headset where the leather started falling apart. So far, no regrets about the quality.

Audio is crisp, and the people did not seem to complain about my voice either. The build quality is fine. Like the foam ear protectors, they are replaceable and there seem to be no other potentially problematic parts on the headset itself. It would be nice if the vendor could include a spare pair of these foam protectors, but that is not the case.

The cable is very long but feels weak. I suspect this may become a problem at some point. Also, what I find really silly is that the cable between the remote and the computer is actually thicker than the one between the remote and the headset. I understand the desire to make it lighter, but they went too far with this effort.

Volume control does not communicate the volume control info to the computer, it is controlled locally by the headset.

One thing that drives me nuts is hearing "mute off" and "mute on" when pressing the mute button. Come on. This is silly as design. First, it is only in English, I am sure non-English speaking people do not appreciate that. Why not to use a simple tone, like everyone else?

Overall, it seems above-average. Longevity is to be seen.
