The five-minute journal is doing wonders for my mental health. Taking time to express gratitude is something that many people are starting to realize is essential for improving well-being. While this will no doubt likely help you on your own path towards developing a gratitude practice, there are some negatives to this journal. The quality of the journal is not 100%, as I have pages falling out already within one month due to poor page glueing, and simply opening the book to write in seems like you are damaging the spine and ripping out pages further. For that reason I don't believe it is worth $45. But, for the benefit of your mental health, it may be worth overlooking.
