  I bought this as a x-mas gift and it doesn’t work in the M&R sharpener. I can put it in the sharpener, but it’s bigger than the original which causes the pencils to just spin inside without sharpening them. I followed the steps to do a return and it says I can’t return it! Yet returns are supposed to be allowed until the end of January.
