  Someone might think that the 3 stars overall is an error giving 5 for 'suction power?', value for money and 'easy to assemble?'.
  OK. I don't think anyone needs to think or take a course on how to attach a dust brush at the end of the vacuum cleaner pipe. Rate feature really irrelevant.
  Why 3 stars?
  The suction power comes from the vacuum cleaner motor and all the pipes leading to the end of the wand. Rate feature irrelevant. However, the problem is, that our central vac is quite good with suction power. So, with this said, the brush gets stuck by the suction power to a spot you try to vacuum. Basically you have to control the distance of the brush from the surface you try to vacuum. Either, there is not enough 'hair', or they are too short.
