Unfortunately after a couple months of using it, the unit broke. Unfortunately the window for returning it had closed so I contacted the manufacturer directly through the provided email. This is where things went great! The customer service of this company is second to NONE. They accept my return with only proof of damage and purchase (very understandable) and they very quickly shipped a new one to me, at ZERO cost to me. Not only that, the new one is far more robust and solid!! This tells me that as a company they listen to customer input. Bottom line here is that the product is great, I love it. And the customer service is next level. Truly sets them apart from do many. Highly recommend this mag holder to any one looking for one.
