  I have tried others to ID the breakers to specific outlets, most of the ones that I tried worked ok and were somewhat accurate. This Circuit Breaker Finder is absolutely the best I used so far, no messing around, plug it in the socket and go to your breaker box and bam, got the breaker instantly. I highly recommend this Circuit Breaker Finder.
