  This kilo of light cocoa powder comes in a very heavy plastic pouch. I prefer to store ingredients in glass, so I found that it will fit in 3 one litre mason jars. The Hershey's I had been using is the dark Dutch processed variety. I've been adding it to my morning kefir smoothie along with instant coffee and sometimes a banana or strawberries. The Yupik tastes fine and doesn't seem to have unnecessary additives like some of the chocolate products I've tried.
