- Reviewed in Canada on October 14, 2024Much like Vitamin D, many of us in the northern hemisphere are deficient in magnesium, and don't quite get enough in our diet. These gummies are delicious, and in fact, so much so; those with children should take extra precautions with their storage. An important feature, rarely mentioned in reviews, are the expiry dates. I just purchased some bottles (mid-October 2024) and their expiry dates appear to be in December 2025. They're actually printed on the bottom of the bottles and are very difficult to read.
Jamieson is a reputable and trusted Canadian brand, and they create this product with bisglycinate, the most recommended form of magnesium for bioavailability, or their ability to be readily absorbed.
(if you suffer with muscle cramps, try increasing magnesium in your diet.... it eradicated mine)
