  I was advised by my Dentist to get a guard to stop me grinding my teeth at night. I tried several mouth guards you had to mould to your teeth after immersing in hot water and found them both complicated to personalise and so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep. I then tried GrindCure and found it easy to use, surprisingly comfortable and was able to sleep well from the first night. It is easy to clean and comes with its own container. It is one size fits all and I admit at first I thought it would fall out of my mouth as it wasn't fitted but it didn't. I would highly recommend this product if you grind your teeth at night. It is well worth the money.
