  Air Fryers are simply not meant to have these racks in them, unless you're willing to flip over everything on the rack and reorder the racks 3-4 times during the cooking period, and cook for twice as long, which frankly undermines the entire point of them. Hot air comes from the top of the basket, and so everything underneath doesn't receive heat. It results in very uneven cooking. They are also quite a bit smaller than the baskets in my dual basket Ninja Air fryer, so they end up holding less food than you think.
