Missed mark on the basic functionality

Right out of the box the build quality was nice but after fitting it the fitting started leaking from the coupling. I’ve installed a couple of these in past and I used the Teflon tape so I know what I’m doing. The leak rendered the device useless. Thanks to �鶹�� I could return it without too much hassle.
