  I had taken Curcuma capsules in the past, but it hadn't made much of a difference in my daily bodily aches and pains. However, I had recently read an article about Curcuma combined with black pepper (piperine) and I must admit that it has helped me a lot. I like the brand of "New Roots" as I have used other supplements of this company in the past. As a proud Canadian, I am happy to support this Canadian company!
