- Reviewed in Canada on December 10, 2017This drone is very responsive and exceptionally easy to fly using the hobby style transmitter especially with the backlit Status Panel indicators. After gaining some experience, the transmitter can be discarded as a surprise accessory included in the box were suction cup joysticks for a mobile device. When placed in the apps Gravity mode the drone responded well by simply leaning my phone to the desired direction of travel. The EMERGENCY STOP is an excellent addition that completely shuts the drone down in case of any loss of control. Altitude Hold works very well which makes the drone very easy for a beginner to fly and allows the pilot to take excellent quality pictures and videos with surprisingly little vibration. The 720p camera is hard mounted to the bottom but doesn鈥檛 allow for tilting which kept the propellers and guards visible in pictures. Headless Mode works well and comes in handy when you lose orientation. An exceptional large battery for this size of drone allows for long flights between 8 and 13 minutes depending of flying style. Its design makes it really easy to quickly change out if you have extras. No need to mess around with plugs, cramming and pinching wires when trying to close a battery cover as on other drones in this price range. Batteries can only be charged when installed in the drone which is then plugged in via the supplied USB cable. The flexible propeller guards were hard to snap on at first but became easier as I took them on and off a few times. The drones construction proved durable and sustained no damage after two hard crashes into a tree and my tripod.The media could not be loaded.
