  It was well absorbed, no negative side effects, but it smells awful! I don't know if I got a bad bottle but I can't stand the smell of it, it makes me gag. I really want to support Canadian but the smell is bad enough not to buy again.
  I also was looking for a higher dosage available, like 50mg of iron and increase the other vitamins accordingly.
